Iguaçu Falls creates a stunning border between northeast Argentina and southern Brazil featuring over 275 waterfalls. Walking paths are available in both countries. The Brazilian side is spelled Iguaçu Falls (Cataratas do Iguaçu in Portuguese). It is located within the sprawling 458,000 acre Iguaçu National Park. The Visitors Center is about 11 miles from the city of Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. The park welcomes over 1.7 million tourists a year.
