WaterGarden on New River Drive East is an example of the luxury condominiums available in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Much of Florida’s real estate was financially hit hard during the Great Recession. However, most of the condo market in Broward County rebounded. Sales have increased despite rising prices while the inventory was decreasing. Several new towers are under construction.
