Ororo Munroe, a.k.a. Storm, is a super hero from the X-Men series of comic books. This mutant has the ability to control weather. She was created in 1975 by artist Dave Cockrum for Marvel Comics. She has also been in several films but my favorite was the 2014 “X-Men: Days of the Future” when she was played by Halle Berry. You can enjoy her Storm Force Accelatron ride at Toon Lagoon.
