This prisoner smoking a cigarette mural is in Vancouver, Canada. It is a detail of a graffiti mural called “Cold War” that extends 250 feet down an alley between Cambie and Richards. It started in 2005 and is still a work in progress by Artist Collective – Cold World Media. The city has two programs that support wall artists. One is the Great Beginnings Program and the other is Restart. With so much graffiti art, several walking tours have emerged and some include cellular audio.
