This wooden pier is part of the large, natural habitat for the star performers at Dolphin Discovery. It also marks the northern edge of the Chankanaab National Reef Park. Its name means “little sea” in Mayan. Since being declared as a National Marine Park in 1980, its mission is to protect the area’s flora and fauna. Adjacent is the Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park. This attraction provides an ideal environment for families.
