A beach lined with palm trees is an iconic sight in Florida and is often pictured in marketing materials for the Sunshine State. Most of them are either a royal of coconut palm but about twenty other species are common. There are about 2,500 types of palm trees across the world. The majority could thrive in the Florida’s warm and humid climate.
