Another sporting complex located within Olympic Park on Montjuïc Hill is Palau Sant Jordi. Architect Arata Isozaki designed the domed arena as a gymnastics and volleyball venue for the 1992 Summer Olympics. St. George’s Palace continues to be used for handball and basketball games plus concerts and other special events.
