This small, fort-like, curved building is the courthouse at Monaco-Ville called the Palais de Justice. It was built in 1930 using Italian stones harvested from the sea so if you look closely at the façade you will see small mollusk shells embedded in its gray walls. This neo-Florentine palace is still used by the Monegasque judiciary so tours are not available.
