Puerto Baquerizo Moreno is a charming port town located at the southwest corner of San Cristóbal Island. With a population of about 6,700 residents, this is the capital of the province of Galápagos. The shoreline is defined by the tranquil Shipwreck Bay (Bahía Naufragio). Anchored in this picturesque harbor are small fishing and pleasure boats, cruise ships and ferries plus a few Ecuadorian naval vessels. Notice the incredible white sand?
