You can see these foundation documents of the United States on display at the National Achieves Building. This Classical Revival design – finished in 1935 – is another impressive contribution to The National Mall by architect John Russel Pope. The fountain in the foreground is part of the 6.1 acre Museum of Art Sculpture Gallery.
