Faro de Celarain is located on the Punta Sur Promontory. The 85 foot lighthouse was built in 1934 to help ships navigate the reefs along the southernmost tip of Cozumel. The 1908 keeper’s house is now a small nautical museum. Climbing the 133 steps provides a panoramic view of Punta Sur Park and the Caribbean Sea. It is easy to find.
