The “It’s a Small World” ride was originally created for the 1964 New York World’s Fair and was then moved to Fantasyland in 1966. Outside the water attraction it is billed as, “The happiest cruise that ever sailed.” And after hearing 300 mechanical dolls dressed as children singing the same song in various languages for 15 minutes, it is virtually impossible not to hum the melody for days.
