Visitors to Wall Street typically go to see the New York Stock Exchange. Sharing the corner is the Federal Hall National Memorial. This Greek Revival edifice was a custom house when it was built in 1842. It is now a national memorial. Several historic events occurred in the previous City Hall that was built in 1700.
