Downtown has several great options from the high-end (Nordstrom, Holt Renfrew, Simons, Hudson’s Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue) to the budget-friendly (Marshalls and Winners). Notice the Hudson’s Bay Company sign flanking the entrance to the Louis Vuitton store. This is Simpson Tower, the headquarters for Hudson’s Bay department stores. The retail conglomerate began as a fur trading business in 1670. It is the oldest company in North America.
