The courtyard called Fiesta de Reyes in Old Town, San Diego, is surrounded by succulent plants, shops and restaurants plus the lively sound of Mexican guitar music. In late October, as the Day of the Dead holiday approaches, it is also filled with colorful skeleton figures and Dia de los Muertos altars. The event is capped with a traditional procession to the local cemetery.
