The narrow alleys are filled with small stores and aromas from every imaginable food. Especially popular is the Beiyuanmen Muslim Food Street adjacent to the Drum Tower. There are so many options to tantalize your taste buds. Among the specialties are charcoal-grilled meats such as lamb, beef and chicken.
