Michelle said, “Standing off to the side of the Lincoln Memorial at the Korean War Memorial.” This horrified soldier is one of 19 stainless steel sculptures portraying a platoon on patrol. The seven-foot statues were created by Frank Gaylord as part of the Korean War Veterans Memorial in West Potomac Park.
