Brewer’s Bay is on the West End of Saint Thomas and technically part of the University of the Virgin Islands campus. Expect to see more residents and local college students than tourists enjoying this beach. The water is usually calm which is great for a dip and seeing an occasional turtle, sting ray or dolphin swim by.
