This little boy is fishing from a concrete wall at the edge of the North Yacht Basin. The waterway is a harbor of Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg. Behind him is the large, tree-lined and relaxing North Straub Park. The public greenspace stretches for almost a half mile. It is the perfect place to sit on a bench and watch the boats in the marina or enjoy a bagged lunch.
