Outside of the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory is a 120 foot, 68,000 pound replica of The Bambino’s bat. Inside you can see his real 36 inch, 42 ounce bat that earned him the nickname The Sultan of Swat. Babe used it during the 1927 season when he hit 60 home runs. The notches for each homer are visible near the logo.
