The 335 foot tall Atomium building represents an iron crystal magnified over 165 billion times. The stainless steel spheres were designed by André Waterkeyn for the 1958 World’s Fair. An elevator to the top provides a wonderful view of Brussels. It also houses a restaurant and exhibition halls.
